Scoop de Ville was created to bring back the classic hard-scoop ice cream experience that has long been part of America's fairs, festivals, and summer traditions.
We specialize in premium hard-scoop ice cream, hand-scooped to order and served with a focus on quality, nostalgia, and customer experience. Our menu features both traditional favorites and dairy-free/gluten-free options, ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Who were we going to serve
From the beginning, our vision was to bring the Scoop de Ville experience to communities across Tennessee. Rather than focus on a single location, we chose a mobile model that allows us to serve county fairs, festivals, races, rodeos, and community events throughout the state. Every stop is an opportunity to bring people together over a great scoop of ice cream.

Serving communities across Tennessee requires dependable transportation. Our heavy-duty tow vehicle was selected to safely and reliably transport the Scoop de Ville trailer to events large and small, often traveling hundreds of miles each week. Reliability and safety were key factors in helping us reach customers wherever they gather.

Maintaining product quality was a top priority from day one. The Bluetti power station allows us to keep our dipping cabinet cold during transport and setup, ensuring every scoop is served at the proper temperature. From distributor pickup to event opening, protecting product quality remains essential.

We selected a commercial dipping cabinet capable of displaying eight flavors while storing additional inventory for busy events. This design allows us to offer variety while maintaining operational efficiency. The result is faster service, shorter lines, and more smiles at the serving window.
